20-12-2024: drinking out of a copper bottle is goated. Ordered this home water bottle from amazon.

25-12-2024: visited gut doctor to get myself checked. I know some of the problems already, it’s mostly my bad circadian rhythm which makes my thyroid go on rush, and micronutrients deficiency like D3, B12, B3, B5, B6, zinc.

28-12-2024: started consuming Kefir again, and it’s an elixir for gut. You’re saying i can take ~200 good bacterium culture in my system almost every day, mixing it with almost any fruit, nuts, seeds in the form of a nice morning smoothie? I am not passing on that by any means.

30-12-2024: Started taking nutritional yeast. This is first time i am taking it, taste looks a little different, but on the basis of research, it’s one of the best sources for B12, B5, and other B vitamins.

05-01-2025: update on gut medicines, B12, D3, and regular exercises works wonders. I have reduced bloating, almost no digestive issues.

10-01-2025: Update on nutritional yeast. Taking it almost daily now, no side effects, after some days, it feels normal now. One thing that stood out is no afternoon slop. Don’t know if it’s due to continuous exercise, gut functioning, or some other random thing.

12-01-2025: I think i’m going to make my own toothpaste using coconut oil, xylitol, peppermint oil, baking soda, calcium powder. Fuck organisations that put fluoride, laurel sulphate in every skin product.

25-01-2025: visited gut doctor again. No problems in ultrasound. Nurse even made fun of my baseless stress :P

28-01-2025: tea good. Been drinking and mixing new and old herbs a lot. Flavors are mind blowing, and helps in sleep too.

03-02-2025:

  • long walks in parks good. Planning to go each week on Sunday morning.
  • haven’t been able to cure oral thrush yet.

05-02-2025: have done the experiment regarding circadian rhythm. Almost all of my symptoms, which are, slight fatigue, eye socket pain, acne, hairfall, premature white hairs is related to low thyroid, and gut. Both of these are connected.

  • Trying to fix my sleep schedule, and proper exercising.
  • One question: the brand that i am using for nutritional yeast, uses Cyanocobalamin as B12. I’ve read places that Cyanocobalamin is not good at all, and people generally use Methylcobalamin in its place. Will investigate more.

02-03-2025:

  • had minor kidney stone, really really painful. Hydration never been more important.
  • will be a long ride to cure this completely.

15-03-2025:

  • following a daily hydration routine for getting 3L water daily along with other drinks (electrolytes, juice)
  • no complaints of pain anywhere after this, I also feel really calm the whole day.
  • also started taking 3-5g creatine each day, because I was already intaking the required water. Struggled with gut upsets in the past, maybe due to insufficient water.

15-04-2025:

  • finally done with stones medicine, back with lots of acne. reducing dosage of kefir, and taking fruits back into breakfast, stopping creatine again. My experience with creatine hasn’t been peaceful, its always on for a month, then acne or other gut symptoms, and off for another 6 months.

26-05-2025: Travel throughout May has started showing its signs on the body. Weight reduced by 5kgs, Kidney stones back, lost all strength and gains due to no training.
